Refund & Return Policy

With Totally Kieya, we take pride in ensuring that every order is packaged with care and quality. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.

Returns & Refunds

We only offer refunds or returns if your item was damaged or defective upon arrival.

To qualify for a refund or replacement:

  1. You must contact us within 15 days of receiving your package.

  2. You must provide photo or video proof clearly showing the damage or shipping issue.

  3. Proof must be sent via email to totallykieya@gmail.com with your order number and a short description of the issue.

Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will either:

  • Issue a replacement for the damaged item, or

  • Provide a refund to your original payment method.

Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

  • We do not offer refunds or returns for items due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect size, or change of mind.

  • Items returned without prior approval or after the 15-day window will not be accepted.

Shipping Issues

If your order arrives damaged, please keep all packaging materials and take clear photos of both the item and the shipping box. This helps us file a claim with the shipping carrier if needed.
